Embracing the Bandeau

I have to admit, I've never sported the bandeau look, but I find the look enticing. So, I recently ordered a La Classe Couture one from Beyond the Rack, along with a matching jumpsuit. Guess what? I received both items today! I'm at work right, so I can only sneak peeks at my new items, but I'm excited to go home and see how the outfit looks!

Falling for the Jumpsuit

For me, the jumper proved to be one of the easiest items of clothing to throw on this summer. But, now that fall is approaching, my focus has shifted to the jumpsuit.

Crazy for Beyond the Rack

I've been going crazy ordering from Beyond the Rack's website lately. Have you heard of it? If not, it's a private shopping club that offers designer apparel, accessories and even furniture for up to 70% off. I've ordered everything from boots to towels.

The tricky thing is, they host mini-events that start and end at specific times. For the most part, each mini-event lasts only 48 hours with extremely limited quantities. It can get very competitive and normally I find myself unsuccessfully refreshing the screen, waiting for specific items to become "unreserved."

But, today...just before I was about to give up...this Jennifer Scott handbag suddenly became available! Adding it to my cart felt like winning the lottery!

Fearless Fashion

I found the fashion fascinating in the UK, especially London and Edinburgh. I snapped this picture in London's Trafalgar Square during the World Cup. I love her fearless approach to fashion. While I'm not this fearless, I find it inspiring.
