If you're looking to go as Katy Perry this Halloween and are interested in replicating her "Last Friday Night" outfit, then you have some options! You can go with a pre-made outfit, as listed below, or you can make your own outfit, also listed below :)
Prada's Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear Collection featured an array of legwarmers, yet with a different twist than we've seen in the past. The main difference is that they were not bunched-up, but rather pulled flush to the calves. As well the leg-warmers hit just below the knees and end at the ankles. As well, Prada's take on the leg warmer trend included a slightly more sporty feel with the addition of stripes. The fact that leg warmers have been shown in so many different ways, not only tells me they are a Top Fashion Trend for 2014, but that a very versatile trend.
I know it's just early September and I'm not trying to rush through the seasons, but I have to admit, I'm already thinking about boots for winter!
I was in Calgary, Alberta this past weekend for work and was surprised how many Calgarian girls are already wearing boots. Actually, I was with my mom and she wanted to check out Holt Renfrew (in-between the work part;) and almost every girl there was wearing a pair of boots.
So, what type of boots were the Calgarians sporting? Well, everything from the high & low Emu Stinger Boot to just-below-the-knee brown leather boots.
Halloween is truly just around the corner! Do you have your Halloween costume yet or are you still searching for some ideas? If you are, you might want to consider going as Katy Perry.
I think one of Katy Perry's best all-time looks has to be her California Girl costume from her hit song and music video "Califonia Gurls," featuring Snoop Dog.
You can actually replicate her look with the following one-piece dress, which is extremely colorful and eye-catching. Simply pair with a Katy Perry Purple Wig and some fun, affordable accessories like a lollipop and candy necklace.
Normally I'm more last minute than this, but I've already started thinking about what I want to be this Halloween. After searching the internet for the Top Halloween Costumes for 2014, I can across the idea of going with some type of Superstar Halloween Costume. There are some really great female superstar costumes available right now from Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj and even KISS.
Seems like a great idea for any fashionista, because you can truly tailor her look to your style and, of course, comfort level! Maybe I'll post pictures!
If you're like me, you might be thinking about your Halloween costume for this year. Well, I have a few really great ideas on my site: tophalloweencostumes.blogspot.ca, but one costume that I didn't include there is the idea to dress up as Mrs Claus. I think that this could be a great costume idea for anyone, because you can dress as traditionally or provocatively as you wish. Here are some examples I found...
This Fall 2014 look for bright colors to be a top fashion trend, especially when paired with darker colors. So, look to add pops of brights colors to autumnal neutrals. But, if you're wondering what the hottest color is for Fall 2014, you should know it's all shades of Green!
Cropped Pants were a huge fashion trend this past Spring/Summer 2014, so it's no wonder it'll continue to dominate into Fall 2014. For Fall look for the cropped pant in darker colors and heavier textures...think shortened trouser. Also, this look pairs well with cropped sweaters and white dress shirts.
Now that Fall is here, you're likely looking to update your wardrobe. If you're wondering what one fall fashion trend to look out for 2014, it's bold prints!

A new season is upon us, which can only mean one thing...it's time to update your closet! I'm about to put away my summery Coach Crossbody Handbag and purchase a handbag that's more suited for Fall & Winter. So, are you wondering too what the Top Handbag Trend is for this Fall 2014? If so, you should know it the Mini Crossbody Bag. With this trend look for deeper colors in Emerald, Garnet and even Metallics. As well, look for bags with gold or Silver chain strap features.
